  • Contact form: name, email, message. Used only to answer your request.
  • Online booking: data entered in the Beds24 module, used to manage your stay, invoicing and legal obligations (tourist tax, accounting).
  • Audience measurement: this website uses Google Analytics for visitor statistics.

Retention period

Contact requests: 3 years after the last exchange. Booking and invoicing data: legal accounting retention period (10 years).

Recipients

Your data is never sold or transferred. It is processed by our technical providers: OVH (hosting and email), Beds24 (bookings), Google (audience measurement), OpenStreetMap (maps).

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to us via the contact form. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, your supervisory authority.
